Sala Parés offers a selection of available works by historical artists, organizing extraordinary exhibitions curated around specific episodes in the history of Catalan art. These exhibitions are framed within the concept of “Memory,” initiated by the gallery in celebration of its 140th anniversary (2017), with the aim of giving visibility to and reclaiming the work of creators who have been unjustly forgotten, as well as investigating and illustrating significant episodes from the history of the gallery.
